Professional services

Engagement terms

Each consulting engagement is governed by a separate proposal and statement of work agreed between Together Group Ltd and the client. These website terms do not constitute a contract for services. A binding engagement only begins when both parties have agreed to a written proposal and any required payment or purchase order has been received.

Fees and payment

Fees are set out in individual proposals. Unless stated otherwise in the proposal, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared by clients as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law. Specific confidentiality arrangements can be formalised in a mutual NDA where required by the client.

Deliverables and intellectual property in services

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, diagnostic reports, workshop materials and written outputs created specifically for a client engagement become the client's property on full payment of fees. Our underlying methodologies, frameworks and tools remain the intellectual property of Together Group Ltd.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any engagement - whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise - shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Information on this website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
