AI adoption stalls
on the human side.
Not the tech side.

We show you how your people really use AI: whether they trust it, know how to work with it, and whether work changes to fit it. Then we turn what's holding AI back into action, across levels and locations.

70%

of AI success comes from people and the way they work. Only 30% comes from the tech and data. (BCG, January 2026)

The gap isn't the tools. It's why people aren't using them

Yet 95% of generative AI pilots deliver zero ROI and never scale - not because the models fail, but because tools get bolted on top of workflows instead of built into them. (MIT, State of AI in Business 2025)

Half of organisations have no shared standard for how people and AI should work together. (BCG) Into that gap flows three kinds of friction: tools too clunky to be worth the effort, so people quietly go around them, a usability risk. Unsanctioned AI used off the books, a compliance risk regulators and clients now take seriously. And AI-drafted messages from HQ or clients that land as blunt, even rude, with the team on the other end, a relationship risk.

Sheepdogs or Ostriches? What's your team's AI flow profile?

Ten statements, adapted to 40 cultures. Your team's AI friction score, split between the people side and the tech side.

The Human-AI
Friction Audit.

Teams in Flow - your humans aligned with each other. AI in Flow - your humans aligned with your AI.

Not a survey. Structured conversations that surface what people actually do: what they've quietly stopped using, what they use instead, and why. We name the friction, usability, compliance, relationship or trust, then fix it.

AI drafts and speeds things up. Your people still own the outcome: their judgement, expertise and the final call don't go away.

Where does your team sit?

Two free, two-minute quizzes. Friction-to-Flow shows how well your people work together across borders. AI Flow shows how well your people and AI work together. Pick the culture you operate from to start.

You get: your team's human-AI profile.

01
The pilot

Uncover and act

Interviews with senior leaders, managers and 2 to 6 teams, then a half-day leadership workshop. Not a survey: structured conversations that surface the value gap, shadow AI, tools that fall short, and what teams fear for their roles.

You get: why the value isn't showing, and actions with owners.

02
Scale up

Roll out what works

The change, adoption and readiness toolkit, manager enablement, a session with every team, and a 90-day check. Humans and AI working together, not around each other.

You get: more value from the AI you've already paid for.

What you can't see
from the top.

"Buying me was the easy part. Working with me is the bit everyone assumes will just happen." - Claude, Anthropic

Leaders see the numbers. Teams see the problems. We talk to both. AI adoption rarely fails for one reason. It usually fails for several, at once.

The four risks, named

  • Usability risk: the tool is clunky or bolted on top of existing work, so people quietly do it manually instead. 54% bypassed their company's AI tools in the past month; a third haven't used AI at all. (WalkMe, 2026)
  • Compliance risk: shadow AI, and regulation catching up fast. People use unsanctioned tools because the approved one doesn't fit; Gartner projects 40% of enterprises will face a shadow AI-related breach by 2030. (Gartner, 2025) For regulated clients this is no longer optional: the EU AI Act's human-oversight requirement for high-risk AI becomes enforceable on 2 August 2026.
  • Relationship risk: AI-drafted messages from HQ or clients read as blunt, even rude, to the team receiving them, straining the relationship from their side.
  • Trust and accountability risk: when a prompt implies the user already believes something false, top models agree with them 22% to 94% of the time, confirming the wrong answer instead of catching it. (Stanford HAI, AI Index 2026) Confident-sounding output slips into decisions unchecked, and it's unclear who owns the outcome. 61% of employees already worry about exactly this. (MetLife, 2026)

Fear plays into the first two: 30% of employees already use AI secretly, worried that using it well marks their role as replaceable. (Ivanti, 2025) The relationship risk is different. It isn't fear. It's tone, arriving from the other side.

None of this means stepping back from AI. It means people stay in charge of it. AI drafts, suggests and saves time. Your team's insight, expertise and judgement still decide what's right, and still own what goes out the door.

What you leave with

From the pilot: why the value isn't showing, and actions with owners, for legal, tech, HR and your delivery teams. From the scale-up: what works rolled out across the organisation, so people stay firmly in charge of the outcome, and more value from the AI you've already paid for.

Is this the right
service for you?

Leaders rolling out AI across cross-border delivery teams where adoption has stalled - or where the rollout is still ahead of you and you want the defaults right from day one.

Typical clients are C-suite leaders, Heads of Delivery and AI transformation leads running GCCs or delivery pods of 30 or more people, working across offshore and onshore markets where adoption guidance rarely accounts for how each team actually communicates.
