Why do we measure?
We carry out a Test vs Control team pilot to establish proof of concept that culturally aligned teams out-perform teams that are not culturally aligned. When teams are not culturally aligned they get stuck into a 'Groundhog Day' of seeing the same frustrations repeated week after week. For instance, where German and Indian approaches towards scheduling or how to give negative feedback lead to confusion on both sides, eroding trust and having a negative impact on performance.
What do we measure?
Typically, we build you a bespoke metrics dashboard aligned to your strategic goals across Business, Process and People categories. We then get your Test team culturally aligned and compare how they perform against your Control team. The result? A dramatic contrast between Test and Control team outputs.
How do we measure?
Operating as a neutral 3rd party, we're able to gain candid insights that employees - particularly off-shore delivery teams - would not feel comfortable sharing through tracked organisational feedback channels. Gradually, confidence levels increase as new ways of working deliver positive results.
By being able to illicit honest feedback, we're able to reverse 'vicious cycles' we see in cross-cultural engagements with a 'virtuous circle' where new ways of working are rewarded with measurable improvements across the Test team stakeholder group.
