What is CAT?

CAT is an acronym for Cultural Alignment Transformation. Unlike traditional cross-cultural training, CAT is a performance improvement programme for global teams that also increases cross-team engagement levels.    

How do we deliver CAT?

CAT uses a hybrid delivery model. Depending on your team size and locations, we can deliver CAT training on-site at any location in the world, and/or online. 

Who is CAT for?

The CAT programme is not sector specific, however it works particularly well with global Agile IT delivery and BPO teams. 

What about follow-up?

Once your teams are culturally aligned, we carry out CAT Retrospectives at agreed intervals, typically once a business quarter.
