Lisa established Together Global in 2016 with a bold vision; to find a new approach towards cultural training that links culture to performance and creates measurable business value. This resulted in our market-first Cultural Alignment programme. With 20 years’ experience in multiple industries driving successful start-ups from initial concept to sale, her successful approach applying an entrepreneurial approach in a global corporate environment helped Barclays rise from twenty-second to third position in the Stonewall WEI list of top-performing global companies.

Amongst the many change programmes that Lisa has designed and delivered, some have won UK and international industry awards, including the European ‘Diversity Champion’ award and nominations in two categories at the National Outsourcing Awards. Lisa began her early career as a political journalist specialising in South Asia, and this helped fuel her desire to look at new, creative ways to bring people together.

Greg Feehely
Greg Feehely
Greg has been mentoring the Founder of Together Global since early 2020 and in 2021 agreed to assume the Chair. He works closely with the Management Committee across all areas of business development, including Strategy, Governance and Funding, fostering an open and inclusive discussion which challenges Committee members, where appropriate.

Greg was previously a top quartile rated Investment Bank Research analyst for 18 years, including 8 of those as Head of Research. He also sat on the UK Executive Committee and UK Board. Subsequently Greg established the Investor Relations (IR) function at ASOS plc; as IR Director for 7.5 years he created an industry leading team, winning 14 external awards and was personally voted the Number 1 Investor Relations Officer across Europe for his sector in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He also sat on the Group’s Diversity & Inclusion Governance Board.

Fiona heads up the design and delivery of Together Global’s programmes. With over 20 years’ experience across multiple sectors for organisations including Santander, Novartis, IBM, Google, the FCA and IBM, Fiona specialises in helping organisations unlock the potential of their people. This includes delivering leadership training for the US Federal Government under the Obama Administration.

Fiona has extensive experience in leadership development, project and relationship management, stakeholder engagement, training and facilitation, technology solutions and organisational design, change management, knowledge management and organisational strategy. Fiona has led on large scale, highly complex organisational change projects in government, corporate and non-profit sectors helping clients to drive authentic, embedded, sustainable change - giving rise to a strong corporate culture, aligned values and high performing teams.

Bhavesh is a strategic advisor to Together Global, bringing a wealth of knowledge and creative insight to embed innovation and impact into our Cultural Alignment and other programmes. Bhavesh is an agile digital professional with 15 years’ experience in strategy, product leadership and digital transformation for global Financial Services organisations including Barclays, Barclaycard and TSB banks, as well as helping digital start-ups to scale.

Bhavesh is a published author, a seasoned public speaker at IT events, and always looking to the next wave of innovation, particularly around enhanced team performance. Bhavesh has established a reputation as an industry thought leader in creating high performing teams, building trust and empowering people, deliver outstanding customer experiences and always manages to keep ahead of the curve.

Marc is in charge of delivering the IT culture change aspects of our Cultural Alignment programmes. Marc is a well-versed IT executive with an extensive background in IT and Business transformation. In his time spent with UBS, Barclays and Prudential, he was instrumental in driving strategic technology change across global teams.

Marc has led both technology and organisational strategy and transformation programmes. Marc now works as a consultant at the intersection of digital, products and services, and people – enabling organisational competitiveness. He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, as well as ITIL and APMP accreditation.

Andy Potsides
Sales/Operations Director
Andy has 20 years’ experience of working with culturally diverse clients in the UK, USA, Europe and Africa. He is a specialist in multi-channel sales and marketing for the hospitality industry. Past employers include The Leading Hotels of the World, Credit Suisse First Boston and The School for Start-ups.

Andy speaks French, Spanish and Russian fluently, has taught English in Siberia and Ecuador and worked on Conservation projects in Namibia and Zimbabwe.

Paul is a subject matter expert in delivering real-time data collection, analysis and insights reporting. His approach harnesses state-of-the-art AI and years of experience in this field. Paul supports Together Global by managing the data aspects of our Cultural Alignment and other programmes, enabling our clients to gain ‘customer-centric’ insights from the perspective of their employees.

Paul has developed a real-time customer listening platform that helps business leaders discover what their clients and employees are experiencing now and are likely to need in the future. Paul’s experience working in a corporate setting include working as a Direct Customer Manager at HSBC and as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

David provides world-class talent consulting services supporting Together with the recruitment and development aspects of our Cultural Alignment programmes ensuring that everything from the recruitment strategy to the candidate onboarding experience is optimised.

David is a talent acquisition and HR specialist with nearly two decades of industry experience working with market-leading companies including Ernst & Young, AXA and Roche in Europe and the USA. David is CIPD Advanced HR Level 7, a CCF Licensed Career Coach - Association for Coaching (Association of Coaches) and is accredited in Psychometric Testing (Hogan).

Rob is the recruitment lead for the Reinvented Recruitment element of the Cultural Alignment programme and has more than two decades’ recruitment experience practiced across three continents. Over the years, Rob has developed a broad network of contacts based on a sterling reputation for unerringly accurate and intuitive career matchmaking.

Global organisations Rob has partnered with include WPP and Deloitte, specialising in executive and mid-level placements in a broad variety of sectors, particularly Data and Digital and in niche skills like Front-end development as well as the entire creative spectrum. Rob brings a focus on building diverse and inclusive teams and actively sources candidates who reflect this in order to access the broadest spectrum of available talent.

With twenty years’ experience helping businesses like O2, SkyBet and Morrisons to recruit, retain and get the best from their people, Paul has developed unique insight tools to uncover more of the detail of how organisations fare in different target areas.

Paul has experience in the Financial Services sector, which includes running successful recruitment campaigns for banks covering everything from digital recruitment to onboarding. With a team spanning continents, Quickclass supports the Cultural Alignment programme through enhanced learning experiences, enabling our training facilitators to interact directly with learners, wherever they are in the world.

StJohn comes from a creative, media and IT background which includes working as an Associate Brand Manager for Unilever in New York, hosting interactive screening events across the globe and launching a live music-centric social network, smartphone app and management platform.

Tunde is a dynamic, engaging Coach, Learning & Development (L&D) expert with extensive experience creating, delivering and evaluating the impact of large-scale international L&D programmes across multiple sectors. Tunde is a natural leader and adept communicator with a proven track record driving innovative solutions to ensure alignment of HR, individual and strategic aims, driving connections between employees and organisations and cultivating their relationship to ensure mutual success.

Tunde’s many professional credentials and awards include the Centrica ‘HR award for the transformation of the UK Learning Academy to India. Tunde has defined, created and deployed large-scale training programmes for clients including EasyJet Airlines across the UK, Poland and India.

Alex Vince
Transformational Programme Director
Alex has over 20 years’ experience in deploying, managing and operating the delivery of transformational change programmes, and has delivered global programmes to diverse cross-sector organisations such as KPMG, GSK and DLA Piper. With a background in Agile transformation, including technology behavioural and cultural change, he has successfully delivered change programmes to global audiences in excess of 500,000 people.

Large-scale projects that Alex has delivered include Train the Trainer, EPOS projects, Microsoft Applications, IT Training, Business Skills Training and Microsoft Dynamics AX & CRM. Alex is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist and Certified Applications Specialist instructor for Microsoft Office.

Madhavi has over 20 years of experience in Technical Communication and facilitating Corporate Training Programmes. Her areas of expertise include Business Communication, Technical Writing, European, American and APAC Culture, English Language and Inter-cultural communication. Madhavi has delivered programmes for international clients including Wipro, Verizon, Cognizant, Microsoft, AT&T and Lloyds Banking Group.

Madhavi has also spent many years working in Europe for Wipro Technologies as a Technical Writer for clients including Nokia and Ericsson. Madhavi is also Chair of the Pravara Educational Trust, an NGO and non-profit organization in Hyderabad, as well as a public speaker and media spokesperson on subjects related to autism and education.

Mohanan has over 30 years’ experience teaching Business English, European Culture, English Language and Inter-cultural Communication Mohanan’s experience brings expertise in the unique challenges that exist in offshore outsourcing relationships between American and European organisations and supplier organisations based in India. Mohanan develops and trains professionals to help organisations improve their effectiveness and connect better with internal and external customers.

Bringing a wealth of experience in the Indian offshore outsourcing field, Mohanan has spent over 15 years conducting Corporate Training in Business Communication, Cross Culture and Soft Skills for IT companies and Call Centres including GE Capital and Wipro Technologies. European clients Mohanan has worked with include Lloyds TSB, Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, and Ericsson.
